In our hybrid series FR3210T and FR3210 are the most popular and functional UV Hybrid Printers with their 320cm printing width. When working area is limited
and different material types are needed to be printed the FR3210T and FR3210 will be the most useful and profitable choice with their state-of-art Kyocera, Ricoh
and Konica printheads. With extension tables at the back and front, they can print unlimited length of rigid and flexible medias thanks to the vacuum belt feeding
and conveying system.
 
Using the UV ink they can print excellent images on various rigid medias, such as glass, acrylic, wood, PVC foam board, KT board, polycarbonate, MDF, aluminium, cellphone case,
ceramic tiles, and flexbile materials like banners, vinyl, mesh, and so on. 
 
Also, they offer various ways of printing the white color, and can print the three-layer spot colors which means printing color-white-color at one time.
 
The printhead options are Konica Minolta 1024i 6-13pL, Ricoh Gen5 7pL and Kyocera KJ4A 3,5pL . The printing colors are Lc Lm Y M C K , White and Varnish are optionals!

COLOR CONFIGURATIONS ADVANTAGES
   4 color inks print on colored or white substrates perfectly. 
   Transparent and colored substrates are printed directly and at high quality.
 Highly bright and vibrant colors are displayed thanks to the white layer
 printed as the last layer under the image.
   4 color inks print on colored and transparent medias with white and varnished
 applications in vibrant, eye-catching and bright tones and last longer.
   Including Light Cyan and Light Magenta 6 color inks print excellent light tones
 and sleek gradations.
   7 color inks including White color print vivid jobs with high precision clear
 edges in various ways.
   The white and varnish can be printed with Lc, Lm, YMCK inks simultaneously
 to expose flashy and attractive images for distinctive applications by

INK CURING SYSTEM

 

 

  

Ink curing system operates with air-cooled Mercury UV lamps which emit more heat by 3 power levels and useful to print on durable materials like glass.

Or Water-cooled Led UV lamps is another choice which has longer life time, more silent operation and more suitable for printings on sensitive materials like barrisol,

backlit fabric, etc. Excluding the use of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) the UV curable ink is environmental friendly and has no bad smell. Dreawer-type UV lamp

cassette makes easy to replace the UV lamp when needed.

 

 

 

 

 

VACUUM BELT TABLE

 

 

                            

Combines sheet-to-sheet with roll-to-roll printing functions. The vacuum belt table for accurate feeding and convey of rigid and flexible materials. Max. media width is 320cm.

Automatic rotary motor provides optimal tension distributing.
 

 

 

 

 

GUIDE RAIL

 

 

                              

Equipped with Japanese THK silent guide rail with X axial metal raster which ensures straight carriage moving to achieve accurate printing.

 

 

 

 

 

PRINTHEAD TRANSPORT SYSTEM

 

 

                             

With advanced Automatic Height Detector which can detect the material thickness and find a good height position for best quality printing. Thanks to the high-precision

impact sensors on both sides of the head transport mechanism, the print heads are not damaged from curled, swollen or surged materials. The mechanism has anti-static

devices to prevent electrostatic effect that disrupts the image quality.

 

 

 

 

 

INK SUPPLY UNIT

 

 

                             

Automatic high-volume Ink Supply system ensures continuous printing. The white ink has automatic stirring and circulation system, which avoids the clog of the

white printhead. The system continuously circulates the ink between the print head and white ink tank.

 

 

 

 

 

 

DIRECT PRINTING

 

 

                             

Can print on up to 60mm. thick substrates and 1-2mm. thick roll materials up to 100kg. roll weight.

 

 

 

 

 

 

4-ZONE AIR SUCTION
