DOCAN UV Flatbed Printer H3000L

 

H3000L is the bigger version of our comprehensive flatbed UV digital printing machine H3000. With its new designed table, innovative case and spacious print area, it is ideal for the facilities producing large-sized outdoor advertisements, signboards, glass printing, door and cupboard printing, as well as heavy metal or wooden sheets up to 240 kg.

 
Using the UV ink it can print excellent images on various rigid medias, such as glass, acrylic, wood, PVC foam board, KT board, MDF, aluminium, cellphone case, ceramic
tiles, polycarbonate, polystyrene, etc.

 

Also, it offers various ways of printing the white when material is transparent or colorful and allows to print the three-layer spot colors which means printing color-white-color at

one time.

 

The printhead options are Konica Minolta 1024i 6-13pL, Ricoh Gen5 7pL and Kyocera KJ4A 3,5pL . The printing colors are Lc Lm Y M C K , White and Varnish.

COLOR CONFIGURATIONS ADVANTAGES
   4 color inks print on colored or white substrates perfectly. 
   Transparent and colored substrates are printed directly and at high quality.
 Highly bright and vibrant colors are displayed thanks to the white layer
 printed as the last layer under the image.
   4 color inks print on colored and transparent medias with white and varnished
 applications in vibrant, eye-catching and bright tones and last longer.
   Including Light Cyan and Light Magenta 6 color inks print excellent light tones
 and sleek gradations.
   7 color inks including White color print vivid jobs with high precision clear
 edges in various ways.
   The white and varnish can be printed with Lc, Lm, YMCK inks simultaneously
 to expose flashy and attractive images for distinctive applications by

INK CURING SYSTEM

 

 

  

Ink curing system operates with air-cooled Mercury UV lamps which emit more heat by 3 power levels and useful to print on durable materials like glass. Or Water-cooled Led UV

lamps is another choice which has longer life time, more silent operation and more suitable for printings on sensitive materials like polycarbonate, etc. or printings with varnish

application. Excluding the use of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) the UV curable ink is environmental friendly and has no bad smell. Dreawer-type UV lamp cassette makes

easy to replace the UV lamp when needed.

 

 

 

 

 

VACUUM TABLE

 

 

The large-sized vacuum table for accurate feeding the medias. The maximum material width is 320cm and length is 250cm . Table with openable and closable linear alignment pins

for positioning the rigid medias. Air compressor connection is required to operate the system. X axis has 5 pins and Y axis has 4 pins.

 

 

 

 

 

GUIDE RAIL

 

 

                              

Equipped with Japanese THK silent guide rail with X axial metal raster which ensures straight carriage moving to achieve accurate printing.

 

 

 

 

 

PRINTHEAD TRANSPORT SYSTEM

 

 

                             

With advanced Automatic Height Detector which can detect the material thickness and find a good height position for best quality printing. Thanks to the high-precision

impact sensors on both sides of the head transport mechanism, the print heads are not damaged from curled, swollen or surged materials. The mechanism has anti-static

devices to prevent electrostatic effect that disrupts the image quality.

 

 

 

 

 

INK SUPPLY UNIT

 

 

                             

Automatic high-volume Ink Supply system ensures continuous printing. The white ink has automatic stirring and circulation system, which avoids the clog of the

white printhead. The system continuously circulates the ink between the print head and white ink tank.

 

 

 

 

 

 

DIRECT PRINTING

 

 

                             

Can print on up to 100mm thick substrates and the printing distance between the table and printhead can be raised more up to 200mm with an optional adaptor to print

on thicker materials. It is possible to print heavy substrates up to 200kg weight.

 

 

 

 

 

4-ZONE AIR SUCTION

 

 

        

Powerful vacuum pumps for 4-zone air suction of the vacuum table. With respective control buttons it is capable reverse air blowing function for lifting the heavy medias easily.

The internal air pipe ducts for efficient and powerful distribution of vacuum effect.

ONYX RIP Center software provides the control and simplicity needed to get started in wide format print production and achive consistent high-quality output.
