Ink Curing System
The ink curing system works with water-cooled LED UV lamps that have a longer life, quieter operation, never produce ozonizing gas and emit less heat compared to traditional mercury lamps. It allows the user to have more media options, prints on sensitive or non-sensitive materials and prints with varnish application, as well as saving energy, cost and time. With the use of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds), UV-curable ink is environmentally friendly and has no bad odor. Drawer-type UV lamp cassette makes it easy to change lamps when necessary. DOCAN Unique 5 degree BANK Angle design prevents heads from being damaged.

Guide Rail and Metal Liner Raser
Equipped with Japanese THK silent guide rail and X axial metal raster, it provides smooth carriage movement to achieve accurate printing and high driving speed possibility. Y Asix is ​​driven by double Delta motor belt system with Metal raster which can control deviation within 1um.

Ink Supply Unit
Automatic high volume Ink Supply system provides continuous printing. White ink has automatic mixing and circulation system which prevents white print head from clogging. This system continuously circulates ink between Sub Ink Tank, Main tank and internal main tank. It is equipped with Ink low level sensor, which can alarm users when the ink level is lower than the setting.

Direct Printing
It can print substrates up to 100mm thick, and the printing distance between the table and the print head can be increased to 200mm with an optional adapter to print on thicker substrates. It is possible to print on heavy substrates up to 100kg.

Rip Software
ONYX RIP Center is a standard software for Kyocera engine, providing control and simplicity needed to start large format print production and achieve consistent high quality output. The versatile tools in ONYX RIP Center make it easy to prepare jobs and produce sellable prints faster.
