Flattening Material with Cylinder Design
The cylinder design, which ensures that the material is crushed and flattened properly, prevents the material from wrinkling or slipping.
- Improves print quality by using small cylinders to flatten wide format materials
- Stabilizes the material during printing, prevents wrinkling and prevents material slipping
Infrared Drying System
Infrared rays dry and harden the ink rapidly, drying in seconds, increasing production efficiency and print quality.
- Adjust the drying intensity in different zones with the multi-zone infrared temperature control module
- Water-based inks quickly form a film when in contact with infrared light, preventing scattering
- Provides even drying on the entire surface, eliminating the edge curling caused by traditional hot air drying
