Function and Characteristics

• Daily output of 10,000 sqm, increasing production capacity
  Equipped with 16 printheads; when printing in 1-pass mode with full-width coverage, the printing speed is approximately 500 sqm/h, with a 24-hour output of about 10,000 square meters.
• Kilometer-scale large rolls, improving efficiency
  To meet the high productivity of the 16-head equipment, we provide a kilometer-scale roll feeding system that ensures higher printing efficiency and continuous production.
• Pre-drying Without Extra Roller Contact
  The unique multi-unit fixation oven, with no rollers contacting either side of the fabric before it enters the oven, effectively solves the smudging problem during high-speed printing.
• 6 Independent Temperature Controllers
  High temperature accuracy ensures minimal acceptable color deviation and allows flexible adjustment of the operating temperature according to different fabrics.
• Magnetic Levitation (Maglev) Linear Motor
  Ensures more stable operation and more precise printing.
• Large Ink Tank Supply
  The 25L extra-large ink tanks provide a stable ink supply, reduce the frequency of ink refills, lower the workload for operators, and support continuous production.
