XinFlying DTG-10 T-Shirt Printing Machine Professional Features

Combining pretreatment and printing in a single body, the XinFlying DTG-10 prints directly onto the finished garment. It works over a 40 × 50 cm area with Epson i3200-A1 printheads, producing sharp, durable prints on t-shirts, sweatshirts and bags containing 50% cotton or more, with no film or transfer step.

Garment Platen

The platen holds the fabric flat and secure, maintaining registration across the full print area. On a machine where pretreatment and printing happen in the same body, platen stability is what makes the two steps line up exactly.

Touchscreen Control Panel

Print settings and machine functions are managed directly from the touchscreen; no separate connected computer is needed for basic operation. This noticeably shortens the learning curve for a new operator.

Pretreatment Fluid Reservoir

The reservoir feeds pretreatment fluid into the machine's integrated pretreatment system. Keeping pretreatment in the same unit as printing removes the application inconsistency and repeat faults that manual spraying inevitably brings.

Ink Supply System

Each colour channel is fed independently from its own bottle. Levels are visible at a glance and a finished colour can be swapped without stopping the others, so production does not halt for restocking.
